• Sign in on arrival

  Every person is required to sign in each time they visit. Sign in sheets are available at each entry, or you can sign in by scanning the code available at the entry using your mobile phone.

• Social distancing

  1.5m and 4sqm social distancing requirements apply throughout the hotel. Signage is provided to help you comply.

  Group bookings are restricted to maximum 10 people. Tables are also positioned throughout the venue to ensure effective distancing is in place. Staff can assist if you need a different table configuration, please do not move furniture yourself.

• Hygiene

  We ask that you practise good hand hygiene. Hand sanitiser is available throughout the venue for you to use.

• Cleaning & sanitisation

  All staff have completed training to ensure the venue is kept clean & sanitary. We also have strict cleaning and sanitisation procedures in place to ensure everyones safety.

• Stay at home if you are unwell

  If you are showing flu-like symptoms, please stay at home. If unwell you may be refused entry or asked to leave - please understand this is for the safety of our guests & staff.
